How to win at Spider Solitaire

Winning comes down to a strict move priority. First, make any same-suit move that flips a face-down card. You start with 44 cards hidden, so exposing them fast is job one. Next, take any move that reveals a card, unless it buries a run you are building. Then extend same-suit runs, and protect empty columns, which are your strongest resource. Never build long mixed-suit piles. They cannot move as a group and they trap cards underneath. Deal from the stock only after checking every column twice, since deals cannot be undone.
