Is Spider Solitaire Winnable?

Not every deal can be won, and the odds change sharply with the number of suits. Experienced players win 90%+ on 1-suit, 50 to 70% on 2-suit, and only 6 to 10% on 4-suit. Knowing when a game is genuinely dead is as much a skill as playing well.
